Hey booboos!!! I’m back with another clean cooking segment with my BFF Joey! This week we’re making one of my favorite dinners, Turkey Meatballs on Quinoa pasta with some homemade sauce! This is such a quick and perfect dinner you can make yourself, plus it’s not as bad for you because the pasta is gluten-free and it’s turkey. Don’t forget to top everything off with some fresh Parmesan cheese, enjoy!! XOXO

Ingredients For Meatballs:
1 package of Ground Turkey Breast
1/4 sweet onion
2 egg whites
Ezekiel bread crumbs
dash of Salt, Pepper and Oregano
Mix together
Make into small balls
place in pan with non stick spray cook on low

Ingredients For Sauce:
Dice 2 tomatoes
Dice ¾ sweet onion
dice 4 garlic cloves
dash Salt Pepper Oregano

Directions For Sauce:
spray sauce pan with non stick spray
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
add sauce ingredients
sauté until lightly golden
add 2 large cans of crushed tomatoes
small sauce – no salt
dash of Salt, pepper, oregano and Ezekiel bread crumbs

Directions For Pasta:
bowl water in pot
add salt for taste and extra virgin oil (so pasta doesn’t stick) to boiling water
add pasta
let boil til pasta is soft
