Hey booboos! Me and my BFF Joey are back for another Clean Cooking episode! This week we are making some gluten-free banana nut muffins or as I like to call them NOM NOM Muffins! These are so simple to make and so healthy for you, so what’s not to love about them? Plus they include some of my favorite chocolate inside! I hope you enjoy them! XOXO

2 Cups Whey Protein – Vanilla
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Box of Sugar Free Instant Banana Pudding
1 Quest chocolate bar into bite size pieces
3 Egg whites
2 Mashed bananas
4 Tablespoons crushed almonds

Preheat oven 350
Grease muffin tin w/ cocunut oil
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
Mix wet ingredients in one bowl
Pour wet into dry
Pour evenly into tins and bake for 8-10 minutes
Let cool
