Hey guys, since Monday was a holiday and I had a feeling you guys were probably going ham on BBQ, chips and other not so healthy choices, I decided to post my workout for you guys today! It’s a new day and it’s time to get your workout on! I’m here with my trainer, Brian Blue, of All Star Sports Academy in New Jersey and today we’re going to do the advanced body weight challenge, which I’m not looking forward to at all. This is 6 by 6 by 6 workout. We are going to do 6 reps of 6 exercises and the goal is to do 6 rounds!!! Good luck booboos!!! xoxo
